My name is LuAnn and I do hair as well as pedicures and manicures & make-up at J Goll Beauty Lounge. Jamie and I have worked together for 8 years previously at Samson Delilah Salon . 

 

Cosmetology came to me as a result of a mid-life career change. Before that, my work had been either sales or art related. Working in this field has landed me in my sweet spot: combining relationships and creativity!  For me, it is pure joy to boost someone's self esteem and give them a break from their busy lives when they come in for services. 

 

My approach to hair color and cutting comes from a place of creativity and understanding each individual client's personality and lifestyle. I believe most of us are looking for great hair that works for us and not visa versa! My goal is customer satisfaction,and workable solutions; by giving a good hair service plus the knowledge of products and techniques to reproduce the look at home!

 

A personal love for nature and health are reflected in my pedicures. I make my own scrubs and foot soaks from salts, and essential oils. I have learned that many of the world's problems are forgotten after a nice soak, exfoliation and relaxing foot massage! It is truly a good thing! Come try out our beautiful new pedicure chairs and experience it first hand!

 

I live in the same neighborhood as the Beauty Lounge and my husband and I fancy ourselves urban farmers! Our little backyard is filled with raised beds where we grow organic, heirloom tomatoes, peppers and basil which we grow from seeds! A perfect day for me would include an Art Gallery, a flea or farmer's market, followed by a bike ride or a walk on a beach.
